This week has presented a huge number of strange opportunities to me. I don’t know if I’m just in a wierd place in my life or if it’s actually indicative of some off-the-wall planetary cycle, but I’m doing things right now that normally would never even occur to passive aggressive me. I’m not one to take the reins in many things, yet I’m doing it more and more often.
Let me explain…
I live in a town called Freedom, Pennsylvania, north of Pittsburgh. There’s not a helluva lot to do out here. The general concensus is, if you can’t find it in a beer bottle you probably can’t find it. Really. You think I’m kidding. So, needless to say, it’s not a hotbed of psychic/metaphysical activity or discussion and I’m at a loss for finding thought provoking conversation. So, I thought why not start a group myself? It’s not a bad idea, but financially I’m not in the best place in the world so I’m skirting the start-up cost at Meetup.com for a month or two and decided, instead, to be a cheapo and start an online group through Google.

But more about the group that I’d like to start. Every group has to have an important-sounding name to give members the opportunity of puffing up their chests when they say, in passing, “Oh, I can’t tonight. I have a meeting with the Society of Yada-Yada-Yada…” So, the group’s name (and I think it serves the purpose well) is the Society of Western-Alternative Theorists (S.W.A.T. for short- LOL), and I think that’ll probably be the name of the Meetup group as well.
My guides told me you would be interested, so I thought I’d tell you about it. And if you live in the Pittsburgh area in general and think this sounds like a cool idea, drop me a line. I’m looking for someone to take a bit of the eventual management load with me, so we should chat about it. Tell your friends! Seriously! This freakin’ group looks pretty pathetic with me and my lonely post hanging out there in cyberspace!

I am really interested in speaking with someone about developing my Psychic abilities. I know I have spirits out there who want to speak to me. In particular, my mom who passed 22 years ago. Since she passed, my entire family has been finding dimes. Dimes! All over the place. Not nickels, quarters, pennies…. Dimes! And we have no idea why!
When something important or significant is happening with the family… a baptismal, an art showing, a big trip… we find a dime. It’s not hidden, it’s right there in the middle of the floor. Here are some examples;
My nephew was having his first art show at a local gallery. A few family members showed up to show support. It was snowing pretty heavy that night. My sister got her husband to drop her off at the door so he could go park the car. As she got out, there was a dime sitting on top of the snow right in front of the door. Want another… there are tons…
My great niece was getting baptized and I went with my oldest sister to the church. As we were getting out of the car, she looked down and found a dime next to her purse on the floor. She just looked at me, and I knew mom was there with us. We went into the church and took our seats. As the service progressed it was time for the grandparents to go up to the altar and welcome the baby to the church. I shifted myself to allow for them to get out of the pew I was in and as the grandfather was walking by he whispered to me that I was losing my money. I looked down and there was a dime next to my purse. OK mom, I get it. You’re here. One more…
My husband was going on a big business trip to California. In preparation for the trip I went to the basement and got a suitcase, took it upstairs and wiped it down with a damp cloth to get it freshened up and ready to be packed. When he got to California he called to tell me that he found a dime sitting in the bottom of the suitcase as he unpacked. He said, tell your mom I made it here OK.
So… what does this mean?? I am the youngest of 11 kids. My sister J is the oldest. I recently went to see her for a weekend visit. We sat up till 3am and talked about the dimes, and what it would be like to be with mom now. She then told me that she had a strong feeling that something BIG was going to happen to our family within the coming months. 6 to 8 months, to be exact. Something big, and not good. That’s all she could tell me. Just a feeling.. but very strong. She also said that my mom wants to talk to me. Not needs to talk, but wants to talk. And it’s not about what I think it would be about. So how am I supposed to talk to a spirit?? I talk to her all the time, but how do I get her to talk back?
I have had “experiences” my entire life. I have known things before they happen. I blew them off because that’s what we’re supposed to do, right? I know what it feels like to “feel” like you’re not alone in a room where you are physically unaccompanied. I have smelled and heard things that are not visibly there. I just don’t know how to channel it. I have gone to psychics before. They have all told me one common thing.. ’spirits are all around you… with you all the time.” I think they want to communicate with me, but I don’t know how. You should see me on a Ouija board! LOL. That thing moves the minute I touch it and I have answered things blindfolded.
I had a friend that came to visit me when I lived in the states. We decided to get out the Ouija board one night as she shares the same interest in the after world as I do. She asked it a question that I would not have the answer to. I turned the other way and she closed her eyes. We got our husbands to write down the answer. She asked … “what is the name of my sister who dies at age 3?” I didn’t even know she had a sister. I thought she was an only child. The husbands asked us to open our eyes and told us the name was Charlotte. She gasped and then started to cry. Apparently her sister Charlotte had dies of pneumonia when she was 3 and comes to her in her dreams. My sister lost a child at age 3 and he comes to her in her dreams all the time. Tells her things that are about to happen. Wishful thinking? Psychic ability? Who knows.
Anyway… lots of unexplained stuff going on and I would love to get some answers. If anyone can help without pointing me in the direction of online psychics who want my credit card number to tell me that I will definitely come into good fortune and a lot of money… oh, and my kids will be successful too!
